Gerry Celebrates 90th Birthday
At a recent Rotary club meeting our current President, John Clarkson, was delighted to present Past President, Gerry Carr with a birthday cake celebrating 90 years, but not all in Rotary!!
Gerry has been in Rotary member for many years and was an accomplished sportsman at golf, bowling and had represented Northumberland at tennis in his younger days. He is a qualified quantity surveyor and a partner in a local estate agent, Weir and Webb before retiring in the 1970’s.
